I got these beauts from an online store called crazy-factory.com
I am sponsored by the site, meaning the send me products for free and I review them on my YouTube channel. 

Since some people might not want to go watch a video, I'm going to do a little review on my blog so that if you're reading this at the moment, you will know what I think about the company, and the products. 

**The review I give isn't based on the fact I am sponsored. All my opinions are the honest truth**

==CUSTOMER SERVICE 9/10==

I have never had an issue with their customer service. They always get back to e-mails, and have always replied asking questions, making sure I received my package, if I had any questions they would be there to answer them. The only thing negative I would say about it, is that the odd time I wouldn't get a reply for about a week. Not much of a big deal because I never wrote about anything supremely important, but I could see this being a concern if your inquiry was of importance and you were waiting a week to get a reply. 

==SHIPPING 10/10==

Every time I have been waiting for a package from crazy-factory.com, I have never waited over a week. The shipping is really quick and very cheap (although I haven't paid for it out of my own pocket, I do know that it's very inexpensive) the most recent package I got in the mail was yesterday (Monday May 27, 2013) and it arrived in less than a week. The items are also shipped in a bubble wrapped mail envelope, very secure and then the products are placed inside two bags inside the envelope so nothing becomes loose. 

==QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS 10/10==

I've never had an issue with the quality of products I have received. Everything has been amazing, no scratches, doesn't feel cheap, all looks like original photo, the sizing is perfect, etc. I do wear a different set of plugs every day because I have quite a large collection, and all but 3 pairs are from crazy-factory. They have been holding up perfect. I sleep in them, I swim in them, I jog in them, I do just about everything in them and I have had no problems with the quality. 

==PRICING 9/10==

Since I don't pay for the plugs I am shipped, my opinion is solely based upon what I see on the site. The prices are great, the plugs, tunnels, tappers etc are priced per 1, so they aren't priced on a pair. There's nothing wrong with that, but sometimes the pricing becomes expensive as you get into more detailed wood work. It goes the same for almost every body jewelry company, but crazy-factory.com does have excellent pricing for the most part because they price per 1. I also enjoy how they price each plug separately, sometimes people will lose one plug and then have to repurchase a whole new set of two. There are also some people who only have one ear stretched, so buying a pair of plugs would be in a sense a waste of money when they can just purchase 1 plug/tunnel.

I hope this review helped out a little more and gave you some idea of what crazy-factory.com is like. In my honest opinion I think they run their business perfectly. Everything they do from customer service, products and shipping is great. If you'd like to go check them out for yourself you will know exactly why I give them such high marks.
